Reserve auto parts online and pick them up in store for a quick and easy shopping experience at our convenient locations. When you reserve online, your parts will be held for you at Westbay NAPA Auto Parts store until you can stop by. You’ll pay for your pickup auto parts when you come in. It’s as easy as 1–2–3.

Step 1: Select your store

After clicking the “Shop Now” menu item, the store’s page at www.napaonline.com will open in a new tab. Click the “Make My Store” button to choose us as your store.

To start the process of finding and reserving auto parts, click the “Sign In” link near the top right of the page and log in. If you don’t have an account on Napa Online, you can sign up using the form on the right.

Step 2: Find your items

Once signed in, select your vehicle from the “My Vehicle” pull-down menu. If you need to add a vehicle to your account, click the “Add New Vehicle” link on the pull-down menu and enter your specific vehicle details.

Next, choose a category from the “Parts & Accessories” menu to begin your search. You can refine your results by selecting a category from the list under the “Filter Results By” heading in the left column.

The price of each item will be listed in the right column. Below the price, you’ll see either an “Available In Store” or “Call Store for Availability” note. Items marked as “Call Store for Availability” aren’t in stock but may be available for order. Please call the store to confirm the specific location and delivery details for these items.

When you find the item you need, simply click the “Reserve Online & Pick Up In Store” button to add it to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Confirm reservation

Review the items in your shopping cart, and when you're satisfied, click the CHECKOUT NOW button. When you reserve auto parts online, your store will hold the item for you to pick up. You pay for your order when you collect it.

Notes: To select a different NAPA store, click the down arrow under “My Store” at the top of the page and select “Change My Store.” Enter the new store’s zip code in the search box. A map and a list of stores in that area will be displayed. Select your desired store by clicking its “Make My Store” button.
